Anchor Center for Blind Children teaches visually impaired infants, young children and their families, providing hope and a nurturing environment where children reach their highest potential.
Located in the Stapleton neighborhood, Anchor Center has just moved into a new building designed for the unique learning styles of children with vision impairments. Founded in 1982, this private, non-profit organization is a licensed child care facility in Denver. The staff includes teachers of the visually impaired, occupational, physical, speech and music therapists, a family specialist, a psychology consultant and classroom assistants.
Please visit our website www.anchorcenter.org to learn more about us and view a video created for our grand opening last fall. Visitors are welcome by appointment.
