"IT'S THE LAW" Employment Law Training Program

Because there can be many barriers to having a regular training program in place - geographically dispersed centers, availability of training resources, high staff turnover, and low training budgets, the law firm of Baker and Daniels and the National Child Care Association have developed jointly this comprehensive training on CD-ROM! Click here for more information on this important training REQUIRED for child care managers.

The NATIONAL ADMINISTRATOR CREDENTIAL (NAC)

The National Administrator Credential is a prestigious award for directors who successfully complete a five-day, comprehensive course focusing on administrative responsibilities. The NAC is just for Directors who: * Were promoted from the classroom and have had little formal business training * Are concerned about legal liability * Are confused about wage and hour laws and other personnel issues * Need a support network of other directors * Are experienced and want to share and learn from colleagues and validate practices * Want to set themselves apart from the competition by having a nationally respected credential
